NOTE: This a DEPOSIT ONLY to reserve a spot in our Toronto workshop. Full tuition is $550US and the balance will be invoiced as detailed below.

Class size: Limited to 12 students

Itinerary:

Sat May 17th:

• 10:00 am: Welcome coffee and treats served!
• 10:00 am- 12:30pm: Opening session: Lecture on Tom’s work and caricature theory, drawing and exaggerating features, practical application; Demonstration of Tom’s MAD magazine illustration process, Drawing exercises
• 12:30 pm- 1:30 pm: Lunch on own, not included
• 1:30 pm- 3:30 pm: Afternoon session– Hands on drawing of multiple subjects, feature lessons, individual and class critiques
• 3:30 pm- 4:00 pm: Break
• 4:00 pm -6:00 pm: Evening session: Continued lessons on features, multiple subject examination and drawing, one-on-one instruction and critique
• 6:30-???: Optional class dinner

Sun, May 18th:

• 10:00 am: Morning coffee and treats served!
• 10:00 am- 1:00 pm: Morning session- Morning session- Demo of Tom’s live caricature techniques, Live Caricature Jam Session
• 1:00 pm- 2:00 pm: Lunch on own, not included
• 2:00 pm 3:30 pm: Continued lessons on features, multiple subject examination and drawing, one-on-one instruction and critique
• 3:30 pm- 4:00 pm: Break
• 4:00 pm -6:00 pm: Evening session: Continued lessons on features, multiple subject examination and drawing, one-on-one instruction and critique, Q & A

This deposit is refundable (less processing fees) through Feb 14. Full tuition: $550US. Balance will be invoiced on Feb 15 and is due Mar 15. Students will be invoiced for the balance.
