The Villages ONE DAY Caricature Workshop: Nov 8th, 2025!

NOTE: This is a special ONE DAY only workshop. Class size will be up to 24 students. This workshop caters to artists of any skill level, from the novice to the seasoned caricaturist. It's appropriate as an introduction to caricature for the absolute beginner to a refresher/creative boost to the professional artist!

Dates: Saturday, November 8th, 2025
Time: 10am- 6pm
Location: Hampton Inn and Suites, 11727 NE 63rd Dr, Lady Lake, FL 32162

Itinerary:

• 10:00 am- 12:30pm: Coffee and treats served- Opening session: Lecture on caricature theory, drawing and exaggerating features, practical application; Demonstration of Tom’s MAD magazine illustration process, Drawing demonstration and exercise
• 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm: Lunch on own, not included
• 1:00 pm- 3:00 pm: Hands on drawing of multiple subjects, feature lessons
• 3:00 pm- 3:30 pm: Break
• 3:30 pm -4:30 pm: Demo of Tom's live caricature techniques, Live Caricature Jam Session
• 4:30 pm- 6:00 pm: Continued lessons on features, multiple subject examination and drawing, class critique, Q & A

This payment is refundable through Oct 1st. If you decide to cancel we will make every effort to fill your space with another student. If we do that your full payment will be refunded. The ISCA discount does not apply to this workshop.
